Providing false or misleading information during verification is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.

Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on ab678 at any given time. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, ab678 will close the additional accounts, may void any associated bets or bonuses, and reserves the right to permanently ban the player.

Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
ab678 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, direct bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank), and USDT (TRC20 and ERC20 networks). All funds deposited to your ab678 wallet must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be reversed. ab678 reserves the right to request evidence of account ownership before processing any withdrawal.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your ab678 account.

- Validity periods apply to all bonuses. Bonuses not used within the stated validity window will expire automatically and the associated balance forfeited.

Section 6
Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

Void rules apply in cases of match abandonment, weather interruption, or force majeure events. Football, kabaddi, and other sports follow equivalent market-specific rules.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ab678. Engaging in any prohibited activity — regardless of whether financial gain was achieved — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, permanent account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play games, or manipulate platform features.
- Colluding with other players in card games, poker, or any game where player interaction affects outcomes.
- Using ab678 to launder money or conduct any financial transaction in connection with illegal activities.

- Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or betting markets for financial gain. Any such gains are void.
- Providing false identity documents, false age information, or any other deliberately misleading information during registration or verification.

- Using VPN, proxy, or any IP-masking tool to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions imposed by ab678.
- Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward ab678 staff, support agents, or other players on the platform.
- Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, stolen payment credentials, or unauthorised access to another person's financial account.
- Publishing, distributing, or reproducing any ab678 content, game assets, or proprietary materials without prior written permission.
- Allowing any third party to access or operate your ab678 account on your behalf, including for the purpose of placing bets or managing funds.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
ab678 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, prohibited conduct as described in Section 7, breach of responsible gaming obligations, or any activity that poses a risk to the security or integrity of the platform.
Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, ab678 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the ab678 support team at [email protected] with a written request. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, ab678 will process any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) back to the player's registered payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
A voluntarily closed account may be reopened by contacting support, subject to re-verification of identity. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded through the responsible gaming tools may not reopen their account until the self-exclusion period has fully elapsed.
Where ab678 closes an account involuntarily due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, the player will be notified via their registered email address. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ab678, its directors, officers, employees, partners, game providers, and technology suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ab678 platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or any other financial or non-financial loss.
ab678's aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ab678 wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ab678 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned technical outages may occur. We are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability.
ab678 is not responsible for delays, errors, or losses caused by third-party payment networks including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking partner. Payment processing is subject to the terms of those third-party providers.
Gambling involves financial risk. ab678 makes no guarantee of winnings. Players participate at their own risk and acknowledge that losing their deposited funds is a possible and foreseeable outcome of gambling activity.

Amendments & Updates
